Sunparks wants to treat nature and the environment responsibly. That is why we would like to ask you to separate your waste. In your cottage, you will find a black garbage bag for residual waste and a blue garbage bag for PMD. We also ask that you to sort paper/cardboard, glass, batteries and oil separately.

At Sunparks Kempense Meren, there is plenty to do. Besides sports and fun, there are all kinds of fun Kids activities.
Look for more information on our ‘activities’ page. To book your activity, please contact the Reception or the Info Desk (hotel area in the Park Center).

Because Sunparks Kempense Meren is a car-free park, it is not allowed to enter the park with your car outside the changeover days. On changeover days, children and pedestrians always have priority over other traffic. The permitted speed is 15 km/h. We kindly ask you to drive only on the roads.

On the day of arrival you can drive to the cottage to unload, after unloading you must park your car on one of the parking lots. On the village map that you received on check-in, you can see which parking lot is closest to your house. On the day of departure you can pick up and load the car one hour before departure.

If during your stay you need to carry groceries to your cottage, you can borrow a cart at the reception to carry the groceries to your cottage. 

In this subtropical water world full of palm trees, orchids and lianas, you will discover a wave pool, a wild water course, whirlpools, two slides including the interactive Black Hole, a children’s activity pool, a family slide, jet streams and of course an outdoor pool with sunbathing area. Plunge in!

Upon arrival at the park you will receive pool tickets that allow you to enter the pool during your stay. For the clothes lockers in the Aqua Fun you need a coin of € 1.00.

If you need a doctor, we can make an appointment for you with a general practitioner. You can contact us on the number 0032 (14) 81 72 52.

The nearest pharmacy is  Apotheek Cobra. 

The surroundings of our park are perfect for exploring by bike or mountain bike. You can hire a bicycle at the Bike & Fun in our park. You will find bikes in every possible size and shape, for young and old. Also discover the E-bikes, Ninebots, E-cars, Familybikes and Kids Jeeps.

You can withdraw cash at the Reception.

If your holiday is disrupted by noise nuisance, please contact the Reception. They will send a Guest Service employee to you.

Have you found an object belonging to previous guests? You can always bring it to the Reception so that we can return it to the right person.

Have you forgotten or lost something on the park? Then, for the quickest treatment, fill in this form.

Of course, your pet is more than welcome here! We ask you to keep them on a leish while walking around the park. Pets are not allowed inside the Park Center (an exception is made for service dogs).

For providing information, we are available 24/7 by calling 0032 (0) 14 81 72 52. You can also obtain information about the park and its surroundings at our Reception and at our Info Desk. We can also be reached through our Whatsapp Service at 0032 (0) 470 90 18 31 (messages only).

Is an indoor playground, where children from ages 4 to 9 can experience new adventures every day. These activities are completely free. 

You can find a safe in the closet of the bedroom. We recommend using it to store your valuable items. Instructions can be found under ‘Manuals’.

Sunparks pays great attention to taking care of the environment. You can help us in this mission by separating your waste and saving energy. We ask you to close the windows and doors when the heating is turned on as well as shutting off the lights when no one is present in the cottage. This will save energy which in turn is good for the environment. Please refer to the village map for the locations of the waste containers.

You can collect the park and house rules at the Reception. 

We keep mail, newspapers, etc. intended for you at the reception desk. If you wish to send a parcel, this is possible. At the Reception there is a red mailbox, the mailman comes daily to collect it.

All of our activities and facilities can be booked at the Info Desk at the Park Center or the Reception. During summer, all beach activities can also be booked at the Beach Kiosk, which is located near our Beach Bar.

In our Park Centre you will find a number of restaurants, something for everyone. Looking for a restaurant that satisfies all needs, at any time of day? Then stop by Grand Café. For a tasty pizza or pasta, Il Giardino is the place to be. For breakfast or a buffet-style dinner, we welcome you at Tasty, our all-you-can-eat restaurant. If you fancy a snack or a delicious cocktail, be sure to visit our Beach Bar on the beach. Are you a sports fanatic? Then be sure to visit our Sports Bar and enjoy a snack or drink here as well.

The Aqua Fun is well accessible by wheelchair. There is a special entrance by use of a button. There is an adjusted toilet available and a ramp near the pool. The outdoor pool is also reachable by wheel chair.

It’s not permitted to smoke in the cottages. Smoking is only allowed on the outside terrace. Please do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground as this is very harmful for nature and animals. Always use the designated ash tray that can be found inside one of the kitchen cupboards.

Grocery shopping for dinner, delicious freshly baked bread, a new bikini or a fun new toy as a holiday gift: you can find it all in our Shop. It’s open every day of the week. It’s also possible to order Breakfast Delivery or a Table Cooking Package in the Shop.

For your own safety we request that you close all windows and doors when leaving your cottage. Also make sure that the patio door is closed as well. Don’t leave any valuable objects unattended in your cottage. Use the safe in your bedroom closet. 

You must leave the cottage by 10.00 am on the departure day. You can enter the park from 7.00 am. The barriers will then be opened.
You can deposit the tickets in the designated key box when exiting the park, before 10.30 am.

Please put the bed linen and towels in the green bags and place them in the entrance hall.

Please leave the cottage tidy, empty the dishwasher and take the garbage away to the designated waste containers (see village map).

Unfortunately there is no laundry on site, but you can find one in the nearby town center in Mol.

There is Free Premium WiFi available on the entire park! Choose KPN. You don’t need a password. Every 2 hours you may need to login again.
