You can withdraw cash at the reception.

In this subtropical water world full of palm trees, orchids and lianas, you will discover a wave pool, a wild water course, whirlpools, two slides including the interactive Black Hole, a children’s activity pool, a family slide, jet streams and of course an outdoor pool with sunbathing area. Plunge in!

Upon arrival at the park you will receive pool tickets that allow you to enter the pool during your stay. For the clothes lockers in the Aqua Fun you need a coin of € 1.00.

There is a BBQ available at the cottage.

Obtaining a BBQ grill is possible at the supermarket or, outside opening hours, at our reception.
A grill is free of charge, but a deposit of € 15.00 must be paid. Please keep your deposit receipt.
Please clean the grill after usage. The deposit will be returned when you hand in the cleaned grill together with your deposit receipt at the supermarket.

The surroundings of our park are perfect for exploring by bike or mountain bike. You can hire a bicycle at the Bike & Fun in our park. You will find bikes in every possible size and shape, for young and old. Also discover the E-bikes, Ninebots, E-cars, Familybikes and Kids Jeeps.

All of our activities and facilities can be booked at the Tickets and Reservations desk at the Park Center. During summer, all beach activities can also be booked at the Beach Kiosk, which is located near our Beach Bar.

Because Sunparks Kempense Meren is a car-free park, it is not allowed to enter the park with your car outside the changeover days. On changeover days, children and pedestrians always have priority over other traffic. The permitted speed is 15 km/h. We kindly ask you to drive only on the roads.

On the day of arrival you can drive to the cottage to unload, after unloading you must park your car on one of the parking lots. On the village map that you received on check-in, you can see which parking lot is closest to your house. On the day of departure you can pick up and load the car one hour before departure.

If during your stay you need to carry groceries to your cottage, you can borrow a cart at the reception to carry the groceries to your cottage. 

If you need a doctor, we can make an appointment for you with a general practitioner. You can contact us on the number 0032 (14) 81 72 52.

The nearest pharmacy is  Apotheek Cobra

In case of emergency you can call the European emergency number 112 or call the alarm number at 0032 (0) 477 022 000.

Sunparks pays a lot of attention to taking care of the environment. You can help us in this mission by separating your waste and using energy sustainably. We request you close the windows and doors when the heating is turned on as well as shutting off the lights when no one is present in the cottage. This will save energy which in turn is good for the environment. You can find the rubbish bin locations on the village map.

Is an indoor playground, where children from ages 4 to 9 can experience new adventures every day. These activities are completely free. 

Unfortunately there is no laundromat on site, but you can find one in the nearby town center in Mol. For more information you can contact reception.

You can find a locker in the closet in the bedroom. We recommend using it to store your valuable items.

Instructions can be found under ‘Manuals’.

Mail addressed to you, newspapers etc. will be kept at reception. Should you wish to send a package, there’s a red mailbox at reception that’s emptied daily.

If your holiday is disrupted by noise nuisance, please contact the reception. They will send a Guest Service employee to you.

  • The fireplace in the living room is purely decorative and cannot be used. 

You can collect the park and house rules at reception. 

Naturally, your pet is more than welcome here! We ask you to keep them on their leish while walking around the park. Pets are not allowed inside the Park Center (an exception is made for service dogs).

For your own safety we request that you close all windows and doors when leaving your cottage. Pay special mind that the patio door is closed as well. Don’t leave any valuable objects behind  unsupervised. Use the locker in your bedroom closet. 

Grocery shopping for dinner, delicious freshly baked bread, a new bikini or a fun new toy as a holiday gift: you can find it all under one roof, that of our Shop. It’s open every day of the week. It’s also possible to order Breakfast Delivery or a Table Cooking Package.

It’s not permitted to smoke in the cottages. Smoking is only allowed on the outside terrace. Please do not throw  your cigarette butts on the ground as this is very harmful for nature and animals. Always use the designated ash tray that can be found inside one of the kitchen cupboards.

Sunparks wishes to treat nature and the environment in a responsible manner. That is why we would like to ask you to separate your waste. In your cottage, you will find a black rubbish bag and blue rubbish bag for plastics. We also ask that you sort paper/cardboard, glass, batteries and oil separately.

The Aqua Fun is well accessible by wheelchair. There is a special entrance by use of a button. There is an adjusted toilet available and a ramp near the pool. The outdoor pool is also reachable by wheel chair.

There is Free Premium Wi-Fi available on the entire park! Choose KPN. You don’t need a password. Every 2 hours you may need to login again.
